Jotform is easy to implement and use. I love that I can customize it and make my documents reflect my branding. Very professional and reliable. I love the emails that I receive letting me know that a form was completed and the ease of retrieving them. That is extremely important to me.

Support Rating

I have never needed support. Everything has been amazing and easy to use.

Likelihood to Recommend

Jotform has been great at capturing consent signatures for me during the open enrollment process. Easy to use, professional, and always available. I love that I can customize my form to my branding with my logo, colors, and photos. It has been a very useful tool this open enrollment season.
