Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Since I discovered Jotform, I have not stopped using it. It is a fantastic service, for ease of use, for the effectiveness of collecting and sharing information. The great flexibility of the customization tools and the vast collection of templates are also excellent. I think it is definitely one of the top tools that can be found online.

Pros

Easy to use
Excellent possibility of customizing the forms
Great possibility of choosing among the many templates available

Cons

Further and greater customization for some fields
Possibility of automatically inserting some fields, based on the choices of the user of the form (conditional fields)
Nothing more, at the moment

Return on Investment

I am using it mainly for a community
I tried to use it at work and it works very well
I think it is useful for managing and coordinating some activities, both for work and for communities

Because I'm happy to use it and for the results

I think it is an excellent solution for communities and associations and also for business organizations. Honestly, I do not see situations in which Jotform cannot represent an excellent solution.

Regarding on your feedback, if you don't find options to customize the fields, you can inject custom CSS codes into your form so you can customize every single elements in your form.
