Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

We use Jotform to intake employee applications. It stream lines our ability to have applicants apply on our website and other online forums. Previously this was done through pen and paper, it was very time intensive and difficult for potential employees. I see Jotform having more and more applications in our company.

Pros

  • Ease of gathering information
  • Easy to change form fields
  • Very versatile for many different applications

Cons

  • More instruction on what different features do and potential use of them
  • It has lead to increased number of applicants that can apply. Leading to less need on outsourcing to hiring agencies

Allows anyone to use this platform
