Overall Satisfaction with Justworks
This is the payroll company and benefits administrator for our entire organization.
Pros
- Online access to everything
- Paycheck notifications
- A nice calendar feature with work anniversary dates, birthdays, etc.
Cons
- My paycheck is split up between two separate deposits. One for my base salary and one for bonuses.
- My bonus checks are not included in my main paycheck and, therefore, are not part of my 401k deduction (which includes my employer’s match). So, since a percentage of my bonus isn’t going to my 401k, my company doesn’t match it.
- It’s saving our company a lot of money over our previous payroll services provider.
