Justworks serves all the basic needs with less of the frills and bells and whistles that Insperity has. Insperity from my recollection, had a lot more of the non-essential frills that benefited employees, such as promotions and discounts for consumer products and services outside of work. While it was nice as an employee, it wasn't essential to the business.
