Justworks is used across our US operations for all elements of payroll, benefits, and HR. We previously utilized other payroll and healthcare providers but found their platforms cumbersome, disjointed, and lacking in usability. With Justworks I I have reduced our team's HR burden by hours per month and remain confident that we are compliant and providing our employees with the best possible benefits. Beyond that, Justworks customer service is excellent. They pick up the phone and resolve situations quickly.

We used Paycor only for payroll, but even in this regard I felt it was inferior to Justworks. The key differentiator in my mind was customer support and user interface. Paycor support was difficult and rarely made exceptions. Their interface felt like a web 1.0 legacy software.
Justworks on the other hand is simple and intuitive. Their support is quick and willing to work with circumstance.
