Overall Satisfaction with Justworks
It is being used across the whole organization by all employees. It is our central human resources information system, used for payroll, benefits, time off, compliance trainings, company directory, company calendar.

- There are certain functions that I cannot complete that must be done on the back end by our account manager. It's sometimes frustrating to have to wait, though the response times are generally quick - within a business day or so.

I find the user experience on JustWorks to be far better than ADP and TriNet. And the employee support wins hands down as well
