Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform
It is being used across the entire organisation for several customers. With its extensive set of actions and tight integration possibilities across most enterprise applications (including the ability to execute Rest and SOAP APIa. I’ve have used the product for Accounts Payable and Receivable Employee on and off boarding processes the product can. E used for thousands of processes.
- It is a solid enterprise workflow engine and pretty much does what it says on the box
- Automate menial and repetitive business processes.
- Integrate disparate software products
- The UI is horrifici can’t think of anything in particular however the cost is a bit high for the African market making the sales cycle particularly long
- It has been positive in terms of reducing manual business processes
- Very intuitive GUI making development of custom processes quicker than bespoke software developments speeding up the process for organisations to achieve significant ROI more rapidly
Have used it to automate employee on boarding. Interacting with many LOB applications. From account creations and adding new employees to custom applications

- Nintex Forms and Nintex Workflow
What previously stood K2 apart from Nintex was purely the ability to have workflows executed outside of SharePoint. Nintex are due to release a product that resides in Azure that provides this feature as well. K2 should really look into redesigning the development GUIs they are not good at all, and perhaps look at providing a cloud solution to mitigate the risk of clients having to maintain hardware as well as their workflow solutions.
