Overall Satisfaction with Kameleoon

Kameleoon contributes to improve our conversion rate by implementing AB testing experience to evaluate if the original or the variant experience is best.
It deploys also patch experience while we wait for the development in intern.
It implements personalization project based on target visitors we want to. For all theses projets, it gives us quantitative results which helps us to take decisions on our strategies.

Pros

  • AB testing experience
  • speed to set up an experience in prod
  • customer support very reactive

Cons

  • Sometimes there are bugs on the website when a new experience is set up
  • Maybe, the autonomy on the implementation of a new project can be improved (without going through by the technical team of Kameleoon)
  • The "widget editor" is limited technically
  • Generate more leads and conversion
  • Doing test quickly
Kameleoon is generally well-designed for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), with an intuitive interface and advanced features. However, it may have a learning curve for beginners, especially for advanced A/B testing and integrations with other tools. Personally, I do not think I used Kameleoon at 100% of its capacities because I started with Kameleoon recently (less than 1 year). That's why I give the mark 8
Kameleoon is more complete than WisePops, which is limited, and the customer support is more reactive in Kameleoon. Besides, WisePops is easier to use.

If you want to improve your conversion rate, Kameleoon is the perfect solution. It offers many options and qualities results to help your company.
However, if you do not have a lead objective or push your visitor to make an action on your website, I do not think that Kameleoon will be appropriate
