We use Keap Max Classic for our business operations and to manage installations of Keap Pro, Max, and Max Classic for clients of all sizes. We use this tool to automate their business and sales processes to upsell, manage relationships, and share content with their audiences. Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) is a tool used by our sales and operations departments as well as our internal marketing department for our own content marketing efforts. The tool is being integrated into HR and development as well--we now house our employee onboarding profiles here through integration with Typeform and Zapier. The business challenge that this tool solves is twofold--first and foremost, it helps us keep track of revenue. It also helps us keep track of opportunities and deals so that we know when to follow up and when to sit back. For our small business customers using Pro or Max, we also find it's extremely helpful for them to have a Keap Business Line to manage text communications on their personal devices.

Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) is a comprehensive solution rather than a bandaid. We tell our customers if they're paying more than $100 per month to manage their business, they're overspending. The solution covers payments, appointments, landing pages, and the ability to segment and communicate with different portions of your list at different times. It is essential for any business owner who is short on time and looking for a high return with a low initial investment--and I think that's the biggest difference between Infusionsoft and Keap; the Keap tool is more for the B2C entrepreneur than the B2B entrepreneur.
