Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
Keap Max Classic is connected to our website (lead gen forms), our scheduling solution, our Office365 team's account, and our email accounts all in one place to manage follow-up, project progress, funnel/stage tracking, customer value, lead costs, and ROI and scheduling. It reminds us and our clients of meetings. It supports us with follow-up for deadlines. It automated nurture and relationship with clients and values and reporting on all of these things tied into campaign builder and opportunity ROI reporting.
Pros
- Allows custom building of campaign design.
- Provides follow-up and reminders for just about anything/everything.
- Provides ways to custom report details that are not necessarily standard metrics.
- Provides a reliable email sending platform with conditional logic.
- Allows emails to contact custom content based on conditions.
Cons
- Affiliate marketing.
- Shopping cart (very basic).
- Order forms (also very basic).
- Sales management especially simplifying subscriptions.
- Taken the place of duplicate data entry in differing systems.
- Automates schedule reminders.
- Decreases no-show.
- Increases actual revenue.
- Provides proof of concept for complex funnels.
These others have very little customization in areas businesses need it compared to Keap. Keap is contact centric which means everything revolves around the contact and not the marketing funnel. Actions, context, relevance all depends on the contact to exist. This changes not just the thinking but the relevant approach to how marketing is designed and implemented.
