Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
We are using Keepit to backup our Office 365 environment, including Exchange, OneDrive, etc., and Dynamics 365 CRM across our whole organization with about 700 employees and locations all over the world. The main purpose is to have backups of our data that are not stored locally. It also helps a lot restoring single emails or folders instead of restoring the whole mailbox if something gets lost.
Pros
- Very easy usage of the backup and restore process.
- Restoration of single entities instead of restoring whole mailboxes.
- Great support in the very rare cases we need it.
Cons
- Features to backup Azure, AWS, and other cloud service data.
- Can't think about anything else.
- We don't need a lot of time setting up backups or monitoring them. Very time-efficient.
- The restoration of data is very fast, so in the case of data loss, employees get their data back very fast.
- It minimizes the risk of losing important data.
Keepit backs up our Office 365 and Dynamics 365 Data. So in any case of data loss, we can restore that information from Keepit. The restore process is very easy and can be used for whole folders, mailboxes, or single entities like emails or single leads in Dynamic 365. So either if someone just deleted a single file accidentally or if there is a bigger data loss, the solution gives the right option for an efficient restoration process.
As mentioned before: The tools are very simple to use. The administrators don't have to use many hours and days to set up backup plans or restore files. It is very easy and time-efficient. The administrators love it. From the user perspective side, it is definitely one of the best tools we use in our company
