Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
We use Keepit and the following MS365 services to secure our organization: Exchange Online (about 3300 mailboxes), OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online Groups & Teams, and Azure AD with which we have a proper, real-data backup according to Microsoft's recommendation.
Pros
- Simple to operate
- The range of functions is excellent
- Quick and easy implementation
Cons
- Error messages during restores could still be optimized. It is not always immediately obvious why this did not work or why no data was restored.
- Keepit has had very little impact. A clean, real backup is simply mandatory and Microsoft's own tools don't make it possible. We definitely save quite a bit of time with this solution, but either way, it's necessary.
We didn't have a third-party backup solution before. The question was always, can we get the data back when we delete it? Now we no longer have any worries about that.
The simplicity is really great and very helpful. To retrieve previous data we had to put forth a huge amount of effort. Now with Keepit, this is done with just a few clicks.
Keepit offers more functionality than the competition and it is easier to use. Additionally, you don't have to worry about any local hardware or storage.
