Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
cloud 365 backup for staff and students. it provides a reliable safe backup and restore process that is convenient and fast. being able to share authorised information is also a good way to deliver service to end users. we have been using the service for many months now and have not had many issues. occasional download issues were encountered and support did give some workaround options. the issues were not related to our network but more to web browser time outs on large data downloads / restores. chrome explorer and google up to date browsers needed the easy auto refresh extension set to stop time outs and software download manager tool to keep continuity. this was a short lived issue and since all seems to have been good
- restoring cloud backups
- giving share options for authorised users to access data
- backing up consistently and reliably
- once had restore time outs re browser for large downloads
as the trend is cloud based products for better or worse there is no choice in requirements for a backup.Keepit has been doing a good job for retaining the cloud data and giving access to it
the dash board is well designed, intuitive and clear. i recall i do have experience of another cloud backup product that does on site servers rather than cloud based apps and data and Keepit seems to be easier to get around than the other company's dashboard, however they are geared for different use
Keepit is clear and quite easy to use without too many complex options, which means it covers requirements well and without confusion
