Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
We use Keepit as part of our multi-cloud backup strategy for everything in our Microsoft estate. It elegantly does the two things we all need a backup solution to do:
1. Silent, reliable backup with minimal administration
2. 100% record of restores when tested or actually needed.
Very little criticism, other than a very slightly unintuitive interface.

- The interface takes a little getting used to, and sometimes gives the impression there are no search results as the criteria were not specified correctly.
- Can't calculate ROI until we've had to use it!
We've had a small number of incidents of unintentional deletion of data, which Keepit has solved.
We have the confidence of knowing that we can recover from a ransomware incident (and fortunately have not had to use it).

Junior staff have picked up the use of Keepit for restores. It's not a completely intuitive interface, but no training was required - which is a great improvement from other backup solutions.
