Overall Satisfaction with Keepit

The solution is used to back up Microsoft 365 tenants, teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. It offers a very easy way of backing up and restoring data at speed, much faster and easier to manage than traditional tape backups. It is straightforward to operate and simple to use and navigate, no matter your level of IT experience.

  • Alerts if a connector backup has failed.
  • Restore very quickly.
Having the ability to restore within minutes for most cases is highly reassuring and has led to user satisfaction; no longer having to wait for tapes to be returned and inserted into the tape drive, meaning restoration of data is completed generally within an hour, instead of hour or days in some scenarios.
Time has now been freed up as the software just works, and an email is sent if the connector has not been backed up. Previous solutions have been more hands-on, checking the server, updating software versions, and making sure cleaning tapes are inserted and the tape drive is working properly.
Far more straightforward to use than the Commvault solution.

The ability to restore within minutes is beneficial and helps productivity; no longer spend hours restoring from tapes. They can show a new start to the interface and portal, and within minutes, they know how to navigate and restore if required. It is very user friendly and easy for understand and navigate.

Using Keepit

Such a simple solution to use. User friendly, intuitive, processes can be completed in minutes instead of hours with restoring from tape, and requesting the return of tapes from the off site location, thus saving many hours and cost of storage. Also gives the end user a better experience as files can be restored almost immediately.
