Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
We use Keepit for every aspect of enterprise backup. Mail, sharepint, onedrive , teams, entera, power automate and more as it evolves. Since almost all our data is cloud bases its very important to have a backup of Azure. Keepit solves the backup air gap problem and location with its datacenters for example in Copenhagen.
Pros
- It´s super easy to onboard people and resources it´s really click and forget
- Restore down to individual files or emails is fast and easy to find
- The retention policy is great. Even for accounts removed from license in 365 we can find them and go back to restore in time
Cons
- We would like to see a backup of business central
- We would like to see more backup of power automate flows
- We have several times had very much use of the restore link functionallity. That is ability to send a link to the user where they can cherry pick what to restore without admin need
We sleep better knowing that Keepit has our back. Its really just configure once and then forget.
It's easy to use and quick to help restore user files in a jiffy
