Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
We have used Keepit to restore email data that had gone missing after accidently deleting. Its a life saver to quickly find data through the search tool and the compare snapshot feature is very helpful
Pros
- Compare Snapshot to older backups is quite useful
- Searching is thorough
- Having the ability to backup teams data and azure data helps
Cons
- restoring mailbox items to another mailbox with the same name, if a user has been deleted and not restored with a new account created for them
- It pays for itself as a powerful tool
The tool is robust that we are able to quickly recover older files that may have been deleted. Having the option to restore it from the portal or being able to download a copy and importing out of Keepit makes it such a great tool. We have had some issues with restoring account in the past but were quickly resolved since we started using Keepit
Having backups running that are fully encrypted makes it easy to know that our data is safe. The tool is faultless when we do have an issue with data deletion or for searching through various files
