Overall Satisfaction with Progress Kendo UI
It is used by my department and used in the applications that we develop internally. It solve time-to-market (internally) by useful UI components, saving my time. Also it is used to uplift the face for some legacy applications, that helps end user to be more comfortable using the applications that they use.

It seems that Kendo UI is most complete tool of the market. Moreover, the documentation and examples seems to be better than other competitors. They always tries to bring the best in class UIs, even with new overcoming technologies. Rarely I see a bug in the system, that brings stability to the applications.

Using Progress Kendo UI
2 - It's used to provide UIs for internally developed applications. It speeds up the development process, focusing more in the business logic and improvements. It helps also to have a nice looking facing for the application, that helps users to explorer and quickly find the business functions that they want to use.
1 - Today we have only one user that has more experience and quickly provide support. Mainly is not very often required, because the product is very well written and there are many examples in the internet (Progress website and in certain site). The needs to know the language that is used in the background, but for the front end is necessary to have basic CSS, HTML and javascript knowledge.
