Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Communities

Community Manager support tech forums. Technical forums where our customer reports product issues in our forums to get an answers from contributors/superusers/employees. Community helps to fix issues in 1to many format and source as content for SEO. Community also helps users to learn from each other about product and find best practices.

Well suited for product based companies who wants to implement communities with less effort to implement.
Moderation plays important role in communities to keep community safe and clean for participants. Its much easy with Khoros using moderation tools.

Ready to implement and start from day one. Less implementation required to start from zero. Metrics are easy to use and most of them are created specific to community domain.
