Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Communities

Connecting members with various groups and products that are bought and sold. We use this for data research and sentiment of new features and existing ones as well.

  • Faster turnaround on support tickets.
  • Track web traffic.
  • Better visibility into customer issues.
  • Helps with resolving issues faster.
Has the ability to scale with growth in company traffic and products. It gives us the ability to create new boards with ease to help host ideas or groups of targeted audiences without a long build-up or cost of doing so.
We have been able to better track customer metrics and gage when and where an issue may occur. This also gives us direct feedback from our customer base without the need for many surveys to be sent out.
This helps take a load off of our direct employees that help manage the boards and be better able to work with product managers to help improve the platform.

This has helped evolve our process of being better for our customers. We can now see where we have shortcomings in some products or features easier and help resolve them faster to increase customer satisfaction.
We have not seen any for our communities.
We use Khoros exclusively.

It works best when there are multiple groups of people that all need to connect in one place and not so well when needing to have private groups that can still be searched via SEO.
