Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing

We use Inox daily to manage all of our social media interactions. The product allows us to communicate with our followers in a simple and effective way. We interact with our followers on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, and YouTube and can easily create streams and notes to manage our daily workload.

  • Definitely allows us to quickly address threats to our brand
  • Significantly improved number of social items we engage with daily
  • Improved reporting to internal stakeholders
The platform could easily handle additional employees as the brand and our social following increase.

Sprout Social has a better mobile interface IMHO but the depth of feature in Khoros is unmatched.
It appears that Khoros would work for any medium-large business as its functionality is very comprehensive. There are a plethora of features that could help a business scale and take its social media engagement and analytics to another level. It is probably not as appropriate for small businesses due to the cost.
