We use Khoros to manage our social marketing efforts. It helps us collaborate, schedule, respond and
analyze social in ways that correlate to core business objectives.

Pros

  • Calendar View and Scheduling content
  • Approval process
  • Quick access to social listening searches
  • Social Community management / moderation of channels

Cons

  • Reporting. Being able to pull metrics at the campaign level and pull for all channels
  • Improved management of social channels across all sub brands
  • Improved management of content and calendar
  • Improved management of social moderation and responding to customers faster
Khoros has been adding more valuable features. One that I think is still missing is adding a better view of all metrics (paid and organic) for all channels.

When going through the evaluation, Khoros met all the buckets and pain points we had. The implementation and learning to use the tool were very smooth.
Khoros is a great tool to manage our social media marketing efforts. It allows us to collaborate with our international business and all of our sub-brands. The calendar view is very helpful for all teams to see what content is being created and pushed to social channels. It also allows us to moderate our channels and respond to customer service inquiries and analyze metrics/data.
