Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

I use Khoros Marketing in my organization to respond to client inquiries. Due to the ever-changing volatile market, there is often an influx of high-priority inquiries across all social platforms. Khoros makes it manageable to efficiently categorize, tag, and respond. Because our organization uses 6 social platforms, we are able to easily upload, plan and post content using Khoros Marketing services.

On a scale between one and ten, I would rate the platform's overall scalability a ten. This platform can be used by small businesses that only have one or two platforms or a small business that has one platform but a large following. This platform can be suited for any size business and can most certainly grow with each of them.

Khoros Marketing stacks up against Personyze because of the excess of applicable features. I have found that Khoros offers more features that the business needs for day-to-day operations as well as one-off events and special promotions. I appreciate that Khoros offers more than most competitors, it is also much more well known with much more public reviews.
Khoros Marketing offers all of the necessary basic functions. Before the partnership, we knew exactly what relevant functions we needed for our business. In addition over time, we have discovered more advanced resources that have proven to be very helpful to our organization. It is refreshing to invest in a company that values research and development as well as the user interface.
