Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Social Media Management
We used to use Khoros Social Media Management as our social media management tool, but at that time the interface felt outdated, and the platform didn't have as much powerful tools as their competitors. The Analytics module by the way is really impressive, and that's a good point to highlight. Overall Khoros Social Media Management didn't fit our needs so we changed the social media management platform to another one more "mature" and "robust".

I didn't have the chance to reach customer support directly, but the account manager had the chance. Because of limitations of the platform itself, it was not possible to make a tailored social media platform for the company's needs. Marketing module are basic but functional, and helps most of the times with the required information, but often times we had to check the social networks native tools to reach our goals in terms of marketing.
Social listening module accomplishg the basic needs when it comes to monitor brand health, and regularly check brand's comments. It does it well, but there's room for improvement. full posts visibility for each social network is very useful, and mostly to check what was happening with the brand and how to approach according the social network.
I think Khoros Social Media Management is at the middle of platforms such as Sprinklr and Emplifi in the top, and Zoho Social at the bottom. I'd chose Khoros Social Media Management again for a middle-size to small-size company I work with, if their social media needs aren't complex or does not requires some native social networks native tools built-in into the Khoros Social Media Management platform.
