Overall Satisfaction with KiSSFLOW
KiSSFLOW is being used globally at McDermott. It is a great self service solution for many business processes such as CAPEX requests, housing reimbursement, travel requests, etc.
Pros
- The user interface is very easy to use.
- Chat support is very helpful.
- Reporting is a huge benefit.
Cons
- My only complaint it that the system sometimes requires a lot of refreshing.
- KiSSFLOW has allowed our users to develop their own workflows and not have to request and wait for IT to develop the workflows.
