Overall Satisfaction with KiSSFLOW

It was being used to organize tasks and in new hire processes.

  • Turned all of the steps of a single process into individual processes
  • Slow interface at times when doing multiple processes at the same time
Using Zendesk as our process form as it goes through tickets.
It was good in general workflow, but it fell behind on unique processes as the customization on it was good but not quite good enough to get us where we needed to be.
