Overall Satisfaction with KiSSFLOW

KiSSFLOW is used in my company's operations and marketing departments. For marketing purposes, it's mostly used to submit tickets to graphic designers in order to receive artwork. The operations department utilizes it for employee bonus submissions and auditing as well as a couple of other accounting processes. If your business has certain processes that are poorly organized or difficult to track, KiSSFLOW is a potential task management solution that you may want to look into.
  • You can design your own workflow by determining what information is required, who a ticket routes to, and who gives final approval.
  • Interact with other involved parties, easily answering questions and delivering feedback throughout the entire process.
  • Access your complete ticket history. If there's a file that you need from a past ticket (that perhaps you can't find on your own desktop) it's easy to find in KiSSFLOW.
  • KiSSFLOW functions completely adequately, but I have fairly high expectations when it comes to software. In terms of interface and user-friendliness, it's somewhat average.
  • Somewhat expensive compared to other cheap (or free) task management alternatives. ROI depends on your specific needs and the size of your organization.
  • ROI can be ambiguous since KiSSFLOW is primarily for internal company use. A simple email thread could accomplish many of the same things, but with less efficiency.
I like Asana because it's free to use. While it's well suited for simple task management, it doesn't work well if you need a more formalized approval process or if you need to maintain an ongoing dialogue about the task. With a previous organization I utilized KACE, which I feel was comparable in many ways to KiSSFLOW.
I haven't encountered a need for support with KiSSFLOW. It's not a perfect platform, but it's functional, dependable, and reasonably intuitive. I can't fault a support team just because their product works!

Do you think Kissflow delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Kissflow's feature set?

Yes

Did Kissflow live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Kissflow go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Kissflow again?

Yes

KiSSFLOW is well suited for a small to medium-sized organization that requires some amount of back and forth communication in its business processes. If you don't require as much communication and don't have to monitor your team quite as closely, something like Asana might be a better and more cost-effective task management tool.
