Overall Satisfaction with Klaxoon

We used Klaxoon as one of the tools for remote collaboration as IT shifted into a fully remote work mechanism. Our team is responsible for figuring out whatever it's going to take to utilize machine learning across the enterprise. Relating to Klaxoon and other digital whiteboarding apps, this means we draw architecture diagrams, whiteboard social structures, and plan out education or delivery roadmaps.
  • Free hand whiteboard with a marker
  • fast color switching
  • overlaying shapes and objects without being silly :)
  • lacking a custom clipart library
  • uploading pngs don't preserve transparency
  • These are typically used for planning, but it's definitely saved us time and money from traveling into the office
We didn't. After evaluating multiple products over the course of a few quarters, we decided on using Miro actually. Namely, because Miro had more templates and features like voting and clip art searching. The call feature was the only thing unmatched, which we didn't really care about anyway due to already having online voice communications channels.

Do you think Klaxoon delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Klaxoon's feature set?

Yes

Did Klaxoon live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Klaxoon go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Klaxoon again?

No

It's not bad, but I feel like Miro covers a lot of what Klaxoon offers with additional features on top. Klaxoon does offer voice calling, but typically, the org already has voice communications through approved channels. I'd find it hard to make the argument to use Klaxoon's voice call features seeing as how other ones have passed through security approval already.
