Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4

  • Easy to set up.

KnowBe4 has a great library of training materials and their Phishing testing tools is the best. Our users have really responded to being phished regularly and are more alert now for false and strange emails I teach them to question everything and they take that to heart. KnowBe4 has helped us elevate our awareness.
KnowBe4 does what it says it can do: provides information and tools to train end users so they are better informed and less likely to allow the company to be breached for data loss or ransomware. Every company can benefit from this kind of program and should invest in their employees to strengthen all aspects of the company.

We found KB4 to have a good cost value and to be feature rich. When compared to other vendors, we found KB4's resource offering to the customer to be very complete and regularly updated. The ROI has been pretty quick and successful. The training and habits formed because of the training is priceless.
If I had to do it again I would still pick KB4. The stand out as an industry leader and their product is solid. Customer support and customer success staff are great to work with and very helpful. Their recommendations are usually spot on to help us get the most out of what we are paying for.

I can get everything done that I need to like add user, assign groups and training, pull reports and so on. If I need any help I can just reac hout to my rep and they will get me what I need. All in all the website and admin console is pretty intuitive and easy to use.
