User management is handled via ActiveDirectory integration. Works very well and is fully automated and hands off.
KnowBe4 is a critical component of our organization's security awareness program. Each new hire is required to complete a comprehensive KnowBe4 training course and acknowledge receipt of the organization's security policy.
All employees receive monthly phishing tests, as well as brief training modules to keep security awareness top of mind. Those that fail the phishing test are automatically enrolled in a supplementary training module.

- Excellent baseline testing to establish the organization's phish prone numbers.
- Easy to set up training and phishing programs.
- Well thought out integration between phishing and training -- allows users to immediately know when they failed a phishing test and also why.

- Reporting modules need better analysis and statistics
- KnowBe4 makes it easy to manage security awareness training and phish testing to meet regulatory requirements.
- Reporting on the month over month phish prone numbers gives executive management insight into the challenges implementing and maintaining security across the organization.

Fresh content keeps the training relevant and allows for different types of training -- monthly brief training sessions versus annual or semi-annual longer training courses. User reviews show that they prefer the brief animated security videos over the 5 or 15 minute training videos.
As mentioned in a prior question, the reporting and metrics component of KnowBe4 needs to be improved as the canned reports are not as flexible as a more free-form analytics package. However, the phish prone number is the most relevant metric for our organization.
