We use KnowBe4 across the entire organization to train new hires and to provide annual cyber security awareness training to all employees. We also perform monthly phishing testing for the entire organization monthly.

Reports could be better, especially canned KPIs

We have reduced demand on staff to provide custom content.
Monthly phishing training has brought down our phish prone rate which translates into lower IT cost and reduced incident response.
