Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4

It was not as daunting as I thought. I collected the list of users, by email and department. I then mapped it into the prescribed format to facilitate import of the users into KnowBe4. The Smart Group feature is extremely useful.
We use KnowBe4 for our Phishing Simulation test across the whole organisation. We download SCORM files for our training department for our IT Security Awareness training.

Pros

  • Extensive resources (training videos, posters etc.)
  • Prompt response to queries (technical support)
  • Very intuitive and easy to navigate portal

Cons

  • None!
  • Unfortunately, I cannot comment as I am new to my organization, however, I do see that the security awareness training modules used by my predecessor (also from KnowBe4 - I believe we have been using KnowBe4 for 2-3 years, including this year) are useful. We just had our PST and the results are promising (better than industry average). But there is definitely room for improvement.
  • Initially, we subscribed to the Platinum level, but after we have done our PST and are ready to choose training modules to our staff who failed the PST, we realize that upgrading to the Diamond level is a no-brainer. We now have access to so much more materials, and I am excited to send it out to my users, and I am certain that the next time we do PST, the results will be much improved.

The various levels and flavors of the training content make it fun and interesting instead of dry and boring. I am certain it will make my users more aware and remember the key takeaways from the security awareness training program.
Charts showing how my company performs versus industry and how my users responded to the emails sent (who clicked on what) are most important.
KnowBe4 is very intuitive and easy to use. The free tools are very helpful. I like the wide variety of security awareness training resources.
