Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We're using KnowBe4 for phishing tests and training along with the phishing alert tool. We test all users quarterly. It helps with our users to recognize when they get a phishing email and report it to IT.
Pros

Cons
- Tough to get it set up with your email provider.
- Our time spent on mitigating phishing emails has been reduced.
- We have had less compromised accounts.
- Our users are now properly trained to detect phishing.
It's poor for testing and detecting phishing attempts.

We used the 2019 KnowBe4 training for our company-wide training for October cybersecurity awareness month. The response was positive.
We sync our users via the AD connector. It works great and we haven't had any issues with it.
I report monthly to the director of IT the overall activity in KnowBe4. We also report to user's managers when a user fails a phishing test and require them to take training.
