Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We handle it quite well.
We use it to train employees and keep them sharp on phishing tactics. We spot users who are troubled and re-enforce training for them, which has been working great.

  • Needs harder ways to obfuscate itself, links always contain words like phishing or Chase Bank. It should be totally random so users don't get used to the idea when they put their mouse over the link.
  • Less phishing from real threats.
  • More users reporting emails.

keeps users on their toes
the current status is great, we see quite a bit of detailed information
Anywhere outside of an IT role; it's super important to keep non-IT professionals aware of the risks. If you have less than tech savvy users on your team, this tool will certainly help prevent phishing attacks. Some of the training videos are very informative. We find users emailing us apologizing for "bothering" us by forwarding these to us for review, which shows how well it works. It's telling that users would rather ask IT before clicking and apologizing.
