Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We upload a fresh CSV file monthly to overwrite current user information. In the interim, we archive users that leave the company.
We use the KnowBe4 (KB4) KMSAT product across our whole enterprise to provide cybersecurity training and conduct phishing tests of our employees. The combination has gone a long way in securing our cybersecurity risk.
- Phishing tests: The templates are comprehensive.
- Phishing follow up: The combination of phishing landing pages and remedial training is great.
- Cyber security training: Broad selection of training courses.
- Notification for customers regarding changes, particularly of CSV files.
- Need more role varieties, specifically, we need users who can see what admins see without editing permissions. This can be done with KB4's security roles, but it is cumbersome.
- We had a 30% phish clicking rate when we started. We now have a 2.5% rate.
- InfoSec was initially viewed as a "fix it" group. Now, employees see us as partners in preventing security breaches.
TechGuard and KB4 have lots of similarities when it comes to security awareness and training. KB4 has more of a variety of templates and training modules to choose from. I think TechGuard has a good future though.
