It's so simple. We have a team dedicated to managing the training, so they can use the simple tools in KnowBe4 for all user management needs.
It's required training for all employees to use for our annual training, though we also use it for extra training by our engineering staff.

I've never used another product like KnowBe4, but it has been an excellent tool in teaching our employees and tracking their training progress. We've been able to use the generated reports for evidence with clients and certification auditors. The topics are wide and varied, and they have training for almost all solutions.
