Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Handled by our training department via Active Directory.
We use the Security Awareness Training to provide the basis for our new employee intake security training as well as our annual security refresher courses. We also require it of users who have either committed some type of security faux pas or who did not pass the quiz at the end of our security training classes. We also require users who fail the periodic phishing testing to "refresh" with the training.
- Helps identify the types of threats employees will face.
- Points out the characteristics of phishing emails.
- Gives concrete examples of misleading emails.
- I'd like to see more quizzes to test participant knowledge, before and after the training.
- More examples of "bad" emails.
- Could address specific types of emails sent to particular groups such as accounting.
- Reduction in the number of times employees have responded to bad emails.
- Hard to calculate exactly, but we've not had a security breach since we started using the product.
- I have more attorneys calling/emailing me asking about particular emails they consider suspicious.
Didn't really look hard at other products. KnowBe4 met all our criteria at a good price.
