Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We have our users imported into the KnowBe4 system and when a new user joins they just need to create a password and they're ready to go. They log in using their regular email and that cuts down on them needing to know additional user accounts. That makes it super easy for our end users.
We have begun using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training in the past year as a means to help our users be prepared and identify malicious emails. We have had issues in the past with spyware, ransomware, and phishing emails getting into the organization regardless of our security systems in place. KnowBe4 is the last line of defense as it educates our users on what to look out for.
- Makes videos entertaining and easy to follow
- Helps less technical users understand the minutia of malicious emails
- Gets admins easy metrics to determine users who need more training
- More campaign types in the email campaign options
- A more user friendly GUI for end users
- A function of automatically stopping known phishing messages
- We have gained IT staff time back not having to manually scan messages
- We have saved time scanning users machines
- Could likely save time and money responding to a security incident
These products have different functions and not much overlap, but what KnowBe4 does, it does better. We also chose KnowBe4 because of the recommendations of other organizations that are using it. Also when demoing other products we found KnowBe4 to be the simplest to use and much easier for users to grasp.

A lot of impact from the availability of fresh content such as users being ready for all the latest tricks employed by the scammers. Also, it keeps them up to date on other tricks of the trade that phishers employ so they can even keep their home computers and information safe.
Being able to run metrics on what users have clicked a certain link or phishing message or ones that have reported it has been tremendously helpful. Allowing managers of each department to see their individual employees has been nice. Also for IT as administrators, it's easy to manage users and cuts down on admin time.
