Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

User management with KnowBe4 was handled by the systems admin, but as far as we know it was super simple. They just had to export users' emails from our network and used that to create their KnowBe4 logins and accounts. Can't get much more simple than that I would say.
KnowBe4 is being used across the whole organization and includes every one of our departments. It has been implemented in all sectors and employees. The only ones not using it are users without email accounts. It's meant to address issues company-wide with phishing messages getting into the system and being clicked.

KnowBe4 training stacks up well against the competition. We have used some other products that try to help with phishing but KnowBe4 has been the best of the bunch. They just seem to have a better grasp on what to look out for and what's coming. It makes a big difference.
The few times we've dealt with support have always been a good experience. They seem to be quick to respond and always find a solution to our issue or request. They could improve by adding more ways to open a case but that's really all that could make them even better.

Always having new topics to consider and have the latest tricks and tips at your disposal has been great. They even send regular email reminders on the latest events to look out for. Since COVID started we've had a lot of warnings about phishers using that topic to trick people and sure enough, KnowBe4 has us prepared.
Metrics and reports include knowing what users are clicking on phishing links and what ones are not. This is helpful for many reasons. Also gives us an idea how we are doing overall as a company and what kind of score we have collectively. This score shows how susceptible you may be to phishing attacks.
Very likely would recommend KnowBe4 to my colleagues looking for a way to get their users prepared for the worst. It's an easy way to get the network more secure so it can be useful at any organization. There are other tools on the market that do similar things but KnowBe4 seems to be the best.
