Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is being implemented by our whole organization to each user with access to email. It is meant to address the growing problem of emails looking to either drop bad software onto a machine or get details from someone in the organization. The training will help our users combat this problem.

  • Easy to administer
  • Easier on-boarding process
  • User password resets can be difficult
  • Less cluttered web GUI
  • Has kept us on our toes in responding to email threats
  • We've learned more about what hackers are trying to get.
  • Saving us a large amount of time getting computers cleaned up
Cisco and Sophos have promised us similar systems in the past but besides our regular email filter, getting the users informed is probably the first best step. If you have fewer people clicking bad links, then you're already ahead. I haven't found anything as easy to use or as user friendly.

Always good to know what the bad guys are up to and it seems KnowBe4 actually does know before them! It's great how they can keep us prepared for something that hasn't happened yet in regards to new phishing attacks. I would say they must employ some great ex-hackers on the team!
User management is handled via the cloud GUI. All our users were uploaded and all they had to do was set a password. If they forget their password they can easily get a reset link emailed to them (if they trust it!). Sometimes they call the IT department thinking we can reset it but they're learning.
Metrics are key in IT, so when we can show Directors and Managers quickly how everyone under them is doing. It's a great feeling. The graphs and charts make it easy for non-technical people to quickly understand so they can know where their money is going. That really is the best thing I can say about the metrics/reports.
I would give this a 9 due to how nicely it integrates our users into the web/cloud system. We have had to do very little work to get users logged in, as opposed to other products in the past. Once in, they sometimes need direction getting to training but it's not too bad.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training Support

Support is always great, and they know what they're talking about. I'm not sure where they are based but they know the system well and are friendly. You never know what you're going to get in a support team after purchasing a product but we have been pleasantly surprised.
