Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We implemented this program it to make our employees more aware of threats and how to spot them. At first our user base was a bit resistant but they are coming around. We try to keep it very official so the users take it seriously. It has definitely started a lot of watercooler conversations.
  • Phishing tests.
  • Assessments are right on target.
  • Allows users to work at their own pace.
  • Branded materials.
  • Posters are a little hokey.
  • More generic security material to support the program as a whole.
  • More training for administrators.
  • We are too early in the program to make that assessment.
The KnowBe4 product has much better features and variety of content.
The person doing the into could have talked a bit slower.

Nothing is perfect but I really like this product a lot.
We didn't have a real awareness package before this. We relied on the "if you see something say something" approach but never really showed anybody what they should be looking out for.
Very well suited to anyone working remotely. I really liked the phishing test. We had a better than forty percent failure rate and I think that may have opened a few eyes within our administration. Ironically. I think it is best suited towards administration as they seem to be most negligent when using the internet.
