Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We conduct annual compliance training as well as actively run campaigns for phishing attempts. We [KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training] for all of the above.

It is easy to maintain and they constantly update their module library which keeps the content fresh for our users.

It’s a nice system.
  • Phishing training/campaigns.
  • Updated module library.
  • Easy UI interface for users and for admins.
  • Great customer support.
  • Responsive to customer questions.
  • More security options. Remote working has created a huge opportunity for bad actors. Annual updates to training modules for security should be more frequent.
  • More options with campaigns would be nice so we can target different subsets of our users.
  • Secured client data is critical to our ROI proposition
  • 3rd party audits demand we certify compliance training annually
We priced cost vs functionality vs effectiveness and we believe KnowBe4 [Security Awareness Training] is the right choice for ProVest.

Fresh content is key. The reality is users tend to click through these training and not pay attention unless you create intention breaks, use updated modules, and change the delivery mechanism.
It’s a manual [list] for now but soon plans to integrate with vomit active directory.
The clicker groups and the number of emails clicked during awareness testing are critical for us.
[KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training] is very [useful] for email phishing use cases and it does provide fairly decent examples of what is currently happening with these attempts, meaning they simulate fairly current examples for our employees. They do need to do this more often.
