Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 is utilized in several ways inside an organization for the following reasons:
1. Security Awareness training.
2. Phishing Simulation.
3. Policy training.

It helps in creating security awareness and meeting all compliance needs.

Pros

  • Interactive training.
  • Up to date training material.
  • Great phishing templates.
  • Customizable notification templates.
  • Easy records keeping.

Cons

  • More customization in training.
  • Customized questions as per the content.
  • Sharing of domain between two accounts.
  • Multiple SAML login for single account.
  • KnowBe4 has matured the security awareness in the company.
  • Phishing [campaigns] have helped us [provide] the kind of training our users need.
  • Password training really helped on why it was required to set complex passwords.
We tried other vendors but we found KnowBe4 was easy to onboard and we were too ready to roll out our first training in no time. SAML integration was very straightforward. Getting Started guide was very well written which simplified the onboarding experience and support was very helpful and quick to respond.

KnowBe4 constantly rolls out updates that help to gain knowledge on the ongoing exploits, active phishing campaigns, and other malicious activities going on.

Our users were greatly impacted by the new modules provided by KnowBe4 which helped in improving the company's security posture.
User management is quite easy, working through groups is easy.
We frequently use yearly activity reports for all the users as a part of compliance requirements.
Easy to manage and maintain the campaigns. Adding users is very straightforward. Needs more improvement when it comes to questions in the training module since currently most of the content does not have Q&A which make it easy to track how the user has scored and it would help customize questions in an easy manner.
