Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We train all employees in avoiding security threats, but a formalized solution across the entire enterprise makes it easier for everyone to achieve the same level of awareness and reinforces the message. The business problem is one that every large company faces: How do you train a large group of people with varying IT skillsets? And how do you reinforce that training as far as important so that no one becomes that one person who let ransomware in?

Any solution related to security has to be timely. I would say our security awareness training program has benefited significantly from access to materials.
User management is fairly transparent in our implementation, thanks to the identification and authorization platform implemented by our IT department.
Negative results are of course useful in directing resources toward reinforcing the security message. Finding those areas where reinforcement is needed would be difficult without reports.
