Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

It is being used for our whole organization to provide security training and phishing testing. We have trained our userbase quite well on knowing what to look for on phishing emails and reporting using the KnowBe4 Outlook plugin to report suspicious emails. This has helped greatly with users reporting anything they don't feel comfortable with a ticket straight to our service desk.

  • Much improved user failure click rate.
  • Good training for onboarding and existing users.
KnowBe4 just did everything really well and was priced very competitively. We have a dedicated rep who helps us and the product is always getting better with more templates and trainings for newer attacks.

It has made tracking and providing training easy. They are constantly up to date and adding more training to cover new attacks.
We have it syncing with our Azure AD combined with SSO and 2FA. It makes it easy and automatic to integrate users.
The people who failed and click on accident.
It's really good if you want a great platform to provide security training and phishing simulations. We run phishing simulations all year rotating by the department. They have some great templates and we provide additional training for users who accidentally fall for a link. We have improved our click rate to almost 1%.
