Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KB4 security awareness training to spread information security among our company users. We send monthly newsletters with tips, and we follow the Inside Man series. The business problems the product might address are probably related to the expiration of some of the training available in the mod store. I don't see further problems.
- New trainings constantly.
- Intuitive platform.
- Easy to use
- Missing HR features such as some related to personal and professional objectives.
- Creation of newsletters (not online communications).
- Schedule messages to be sent.
- People use more PAB.
- People are more interested in information security and realise its importance.

Governance, risk and compliance analyst and manager deal with KB4 security awareness traning at the company.
The idea is to get users aware of the acceptable use of IT resources as well as get aware of possible threats and attacks that they may receive via email, etc.
We need to be concise, send direct messages, so there's an important piece of communication.
