Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We offer all our employees a monthly Security Awareness training that should be both informative and fun to follow. KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps us with nice and updated material to achieve our goal. We have movies to inform our users, and we also use the questions to quiz our employees at the end of the training. The tool is easy to use. We can export the training to use it in our own Learning Management System. This allows us to do a proper follow-up internally.

For starters KnowBe4 has "Netflix" quality instruction videos that we really like. The export functionality we prefer over the other provider as well. In addition there is so much to choose from that we would suggest KnowBe4 to enhance their search options. We sometimes lose a lot of time to find the appropriate material between all the other good stuff that is around.

To avoid a negative "here we go again" way of thinking, we are always looking for new materials that we can use in our Security Awareness Program, which is why we added the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training materials to our awareness program. We will have to wait a year to see if KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training will keep its promises with the release of new materials.
We already have a Learning Management System implemented called Studytube. All new employees are onboarded automatically in this system and will be provided with the new courses automatically. Each month a new security awareness training. We did not experience any hassle with the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training system at all.
We are monitoring if all employees complete the security awareness training within the time frame specified—these reports we obtain from our own Learning Management System.So we do not use these functions from the extensive KnowBe4 portal.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training can be used hosted (by them) or in your (local) Company Learning Management System. It is a very useful tool to set up security awareness training for your employees. The movies are spectacular, informative and will definitely entertain and inform your employees. A news season of the Inside Man is coming up, and we are definitely looking forward to that release.

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

The KnowBe4 compliance training has been recently added to our product portfolio. The nice thing is that it integrates again very well with our current in use Learning Management System. So we can easily create our own coursed from the KnowBe4 materials.
We do not use the KowBe4 platform for this. We use our own Learning Management System.
In our opinion the Plus module is expensive.
In our opinion the Plus module is expensive compared to what we paid for the regular material.
We have not made a comparison, we have chosen for KnowBe4 materials as we assumed they are currently the best to buy.

The "Netflix" quality videos that are available are really appreciated. The export functionality to use the KnowBe4 materials in our own Learning Management System is also very appreciated by our HR department.
