Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Being used across the organization to assist in making users aware of security threats. It is used to send simulated emails to users to help them learn what to look for. If they Phish Alert it, they get congratulations pop up. Also using the videos for security training. Shows real-life examples that people will find themselves in and makes it fun.
  • Great training videos that are fun
  • Tests users tendency to click
  • Security awareness
  • Emails on latest threats and what to watch for
  • I really have nothing to suggest for this.
  • User awareness - many users are now questioning if they should click or not
  • If they are unsure and don't want to feel like they are asking a dumb question they have the Phish Alert button
  • Videos have made training and awareness a lot easier
Have not had to contact them because we have not had any issues but they do send emails out frequently to notify new threats and it isn't so technical that it is over the basic users' understanding. Let's them know what to look for and be aware of both here at work and at home as well.

very easy to use by all levels of employees. The sign-in option works great so users don't have to remember yet another password. When training is assigned to them they just click the link in the email and they click to have a password-less link emailed to them that they can click on and watch their video.
Great for all levels of users. Provides knowledge that people can use both at work and at home. Security training is usually a very boring topic and people tend to zone out. The videos KnowBe4 has created bring humor and real-world examples in a way that is new. It isn't death by PowerPoint to train users. The admin console lets you see users' progress and what are risk is.

Using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

300 - Any user that has an email address is set up to have training in KB4. It is used across all levels of the company from executives on down so all levels of users have it. It is easy to understand and for being IT training, it makes it easy to understand and apply.
1 - One of our window server admins has done all of the set up and maintenance of KB4. The service desk can assist people if they have questions or run into issues, but primarily it is just one person that maintains it and supports the product itself.
  • end user awareness
  • training that isn't beyond understanding for basic users
  • Protection of company information
  • The video training is great - they are short and easy to comprehend.
  • for continued user awareness of what to watch for
From my view point, it is just plain easy to use and I really think that it helps our end users understand better because they use real examples. You can preach, email, and beg users to be careful but most times it is just another email from IT that they will read when they have time. We really haven't had a lot of issues with people not watching the videos because people enjoy them. I have to wonder if they try to align people in the videos with their IT dept - the scary one, the annoying one, etc!
