It solves critical issues like ongoing security awareness training as well as simulated phishing requirements. The ability to manage it all from one portal is incredibly useful. While KMSAT takes a bit of time to fully set up, there is an ample amount of quality documentation in their support network to assist you in your journey. And in the end, we love the software and how easy it is to use.

KnowBe4's platforms really offer ease of use in the amount of features that are bundled into each product. This is time and money saved.
The value proposition is there, and it is clear to why so many people adopt partnerships with KnowBe4. Their library of services grow based on market needs and they really do offer good solutions to classic problems.
Because every new product we adopt from KnowBe4 we like it more and more.
I imagine that most offerings are similar in price so what really seems to differentiate them is the content provided and the ease of presentation. Most security firms have terrible UI in their software but KnowBe4 is generally more usable and less of a headache.
